I had an medi claim group policy from Niva Bupa. The policy had been sold to by by an HDFC bank loan agent through a planned misguiding. Withing 21 days of issuing the policy I have sent policy cancellation request to the company.
My insurance certificate no.[Protected]which had been requested to cancel through email dated 23rd Dec 2021 and deletion has been confirmed from company on 22 Jan 2022 through an email.
But till now they not released my premium refund after deduction as per T&C. Customer care not giving proper guidance to me. Please help to get the refund. Total premium is Rs.10857/-.
