In Nov.2021 I took a medi claim policy from Niva Bupa Insurance co., after studying the policy documents I was not happy with the terms, so I requested to cancel the policy and get me refund money.
Bur till today co. have not send the refund money,though they acknowledge my request and go on promising to resolve the matter and four times it is not done.

I am 70 years old Sr.citizen and retired doctor, kindly look into the matter and help me to get the refund from the company
