Wrong Item Delivered By The Company; Myntra.com

Order ID # [Protected]. I had order a shirt of us polo assn worth 2799. it was a prepaid order when i received the courier i got a us polo underwear worth rs 400.
After that i filed the complaint immediately with the company but they are not willing to refund the money back. I received the courier on 15th of May 2022. since then i have tried multiple times.
But they are saying that they have sent the right product. i sent them an unboxing video as well but they don't seem to care or are just interested i n scamming people. i am so mad at the company for such a careless attitude.
I have been a myntra customer for almost 12 years but never expected this with them that they will become thieves. I wish they had not done this. They are just forcing me to take some sort of legal action.
My problem is genuine and had i been fake i would have stopped all this. I have spoken to a lawyer. will get that into motion but 1st i thought i will give online platform a try. if they resolve this issue to my satisfaction.
They are neither picking up the product. nor are they sending a replacement n refund. now i don't want anything other than a refund now. I am really fed up.

Have been shopping with myntra for years, but just faced a horrible issue. This month ordered from shoe brand US polo and a dirty product was sent, immediately informed customer care and they said will look into the matter. After few days of repeatedly reaching out to them they send a mail stating that it cannot be exchanged and we have to use the dirty shoe. Their customer care and supervisors have been ordered by managers to make up for the loses myntra is going through by cheating customers regularly. Even after sending the photos immediately they refuse to accept their mistake and say they have proof of sending a good product. Horrible bunch of cheaters trying to survive on others hard earned money.
