The Myntra app indicates that the Noise Pink Color Fit Icon 2 Smartwatch has been delivered on 14th, however I haven't received it. When the delivery person delivered the two packages, I opened them both to see if there was a smart watch inside. One package contained a navy blue trowser, and the other contained body lotion and Ponds BB cream. When I asked the delivery person why the package didn't have a smart watch inside, he replied that he hadn't received the noise watch to deliver it to my address.

I then filed a complaint through Myntra's help chat, and someone from Myntra said that the package that contained the body lotion and Ponds BB cream ought to have included a smart watch as well.However, as I stated in my earlier statement, the delivery agent informed me that he hadn't gotten the noise watch to deliver to my address. If this is the case, why is it showing delivered when I have not received the watch,even though I informed the delivery agent of this the same day. Could you please look into this matter?I need my order, and I am really, really disappointed with Myntra.
