I ordered Fossil women watch from Myntra. The color ordered was Rose gold. The pic in app also showed rose gold color.

After discount I got it at 5777 rupees

But when I got the product, it was gold in color, not the proper rose gold color shown in pic in the myntra app.That's why I started having doubt regarding product. I searched on YouTube about original and fake product and how to differentiate. It was mentioned that fake has one red line on the back of dial. I checked my watch, it has red line.

So I raised a complain on Myntra that it is fake product but it was rejected saying that all products on Myntra are real. Then I requested return,the delivery again rejected saying the product is not same,so I raised issue that the product I received is not the product I ordered, the issue took 1 week to resolve ,byt at the end, it was rejected and the return was cancelled.

I spend so much money on fake one. And now they are not returning the product saying that the return date has crossed. I want to file complain against Myntra for not returning the product despite requesting for one and also for selling fake product and still denying the fact without proper investigation.
