No Pickup And No Refund

Myntra has not refunded my money and has not picked up the product which i requested the return on 2nd April. They keep delaying the pickup date and customer care is also pathetic and not exactly giving me the right update.
Customer care is delaying and not updating me on the exact issue. I am tired of calling them daily but no update or response from them. It is a product of 2095 rupees and almost a month that they have not picked up the item yet.
I sent an email to all their customer care email address but no update. I would like to return their product and get my money back.
