Dear Team,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding an order I placed with myntra company on 10th September 2023. The order, with the reference number [Protected]was for kurta and was supposed to be delivered while opting for the the exchange option. Moreover, the delivery person took my exchange kurta and never delivered the replacement exchange kurta.
As of today's date, I have not received the product, and there has been no communication or updates regarding the delay or the status of my order. I am extremely dissatisfied with this level of service, as timely delivery is a fundamental expectation when making online purchases.
I have made several attempts to contact customer service department through the provided contact details on your website/app, but I have not received any response or assistance in resolving this issue. They are disconnecting the call on my face and asking for 7 more days.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances can lead to delivery delays, but the lack of communication and failure to address my concerns are unacceptable and they are forcing me to file a police complaint.I urgently require the ordered product, and I request immediate action to rectify this situation.
