I have created a exchange in Myntra. The old product was picked up but the new product was not delivered. And it's marked as delivered. On 12 th September 2023 this happened. I have registered a complaint the same day . It's a week still it's not resolved. Every time I call them they tell to wait for 48 hrs but not solved yet. I need the product or the money...is this a gd thing to do with customer. This is such a harassment. I am waiting for a long time for the resolution. Then Myntra must stop their business if they are starting to do fraud like this.
