I tried to make ordered in Myntra on 12th of May, and the wasn't placed but amount got deducted from my account, it's already been 1 week, I didn't get refunded yet! I tried to contact the Myntra customer care directly though calls, the robot was speaking with me, she was only asking me to type no.
If it's the problems I was searching for,I couldn't find my problems there and I didn't understand it so well and then I tried to connect through chats with the agent, I'm not good at words so I couldn't connect with him as I expected.
After some enquiry he gave me the Myntra customer care no. Which I thought was another no. So I thanked him and it was shown as problem resolved. In real my problem isn't solve yet! Please I to be refunded.
It's taking too long and I'm going through financial problems right now. I want it to be refunded as soon as possible.
