Myntra: My order is incorrectly marked delivered

I want to share my pathetic experience with myntra. Delivery boy has marked my order as delivered without delivering the order to me and after filling the complaint myntra executive asked me to wait for 48 hrs but without taking any action they just close my ticket and after reaching out to them I got to know they closed my ticket because logistic team said the order has been delivered.

I raised query three time but every time they same every time and said that they are not able to do anything.I request if you can help with that.Instead of taking thus complaint seriously these guys are just checking from their logistic partner and closing my case. Disappointed with Myntra.

I want to share my bad experience with myntra I had ordered a watch and in myntra its showing that it has been delivered but i dint recieve my product and i have already prepaid money through gpay during order. After three days i called customer care and he told me to wait for 48 hours but still i dint got any response. I tried so many times to contact every customer care number of myntra but still iam not getting any response. So can you please help me to get my refund?
