Item is not delivered on given date

I had placed an order of street 9 women blue washed crop denim jacket on 18th of august and the delivery date was on 25th of august but they failed to deliver it on given date. Very disappointed with this, actually i wanted it on urgent basis.
I have also complaint on same day they say that they will resolve the issue by 1st of September which is too late. They have failed to deliver the item on time and why they are taking 1 week to resolve the issue? Now the status is delivery of your order is delayed. What to do i can't understand please help me with this issue and get it resolved as soon as possible. I want it before 30th August. Order number is Order ID # [Protected].
