I ordered a balcak shoe around 1 September, I got the item on 7-10 September in green color, so I initiated a exchange. After getting rejected I contacted Myntra 24 times to return the item. It was picked up on 4th October. I chose myntra credit option cause I'll be getting the refund instantly after quality check. It's now14 October. Myntra is delaying the refun query every day. It should have been solved by today. After contacting Myntra again agent told me to wait till 17 October. What the hell is going on with myntra service?
