This is with regards to a product which was purchased and delivered by Myntra on 12-Dec-21. The date of refund/exchange was 11-Jan-22. I had raised a request by 13-Jan-22 explaining the situation of not being able to check the status of the refund request placed as we were traveling.
The reason for the exchange was that the size delivered was medium where as I ordered Extra Large. No one in the customer service department was willing to listen to my plight or even help me out despite the fact that the product in unused with all tags.
