I placed an order for a women's peach-colored embroidered kurta with churidar and dupatta through Myntra on date 02 September. Unfortunately, my excitement turned into disappointment when I realized there was a size issue with the product. This led me to initiate an exchange, but the subsequent events have left me deeply dissatisfied.

When the exchange representative arrived on date 11september to collect the original product, I expected a straightforward swap for the correct size. However, the situation took an unexpected turn. While he took away the original item, he did not provide the replacement I had requested. Instead, he informed me that another person would deliver the exchange item separately. This left me feeling puzzled and concerned about the process.

My concerns escalated when I checked the app to track the exchange status. To my surprise, the exchange product was marked as "delivered." In response, I immediately contacted your customer care team to address this issue. However, despite my repeated attempts and the passage of nine days, there have been no updates or resolutions provided.

This extended period of uncertainty has been immensely frustrating and disappointing. I had expected a quick and efficient resolution to a simple exchange. Instead, I find myself without the product I originally ordered and no clear timeline for its delivery. I respectfully request that team of the helpline number prioritize my case and provide a prompt resolution. This experience has caused inconvenience and eroded my confidence in its services.
