I ordered protein from Myprotien online on 26th Jan 2021. And MSM is the partner in India. The amount of 4500 is deducted and received by MSM Retail, Noida, but no order has been generated.
They are no responding to calls, email, DM. And my money is stuck. They are giving timelines everyday but not providing status to the money or order.

I placed an order for which the amount has been deducted and the order not placed, they haven’t been picking up for a week. Absolutely pathetic, Myprotein should seriously look into changing their importer.

The amount of 4619.30 is deducted and received by MSM retail, Noida but no order has been generated. They are no responding to my protein order and my is stuck I requested plz solve out for refund my money
