I had ordered my protein whey protein (flavour: cookie and cream) 2.5kg on your website at 11:15 am on 23rd December 2022. The payment was through paytm and the transaction was successfully done to MSM Retail but no confirmation or order details were received. (Screenshot Attached within).Upon calling the customer care they asked us to write this email.Please confirm my order or refund the said amount of ₹6074.25 to my original mode of payment....

I have made a payment for order of Rs 8999 on Myprotein on 13/11/2022. The money has been deducted from my bank account but the order is not placed nor it is showing on the app.
I already contacted customer care many times,but they are only giving timelines each time I call them. I want my money back or otherwise placed my or get my order placed....

My money is deducted from Google pay and credited to MSM retail private limited but nothing is updated on myprotien app, I ordered whey protein worth 5000 and now they are not responding to my messages or mails....

I ordered protein from Myprotien online on 26th Jan 2021. And MSM is the partner in India. The amount of 4500 is deducted and received by MSM Retail, Noida, but no order has been generated.
They are no responding to calls, email, DM. And my money is stuck. They are giving timelines everyday but not providing status to the money or order....
