I had ordered my protein whey protein (flavour: cookie and cream) 2.5kg on your website at 11:15 am on 23rd December 2022. The payment was through paytm and the transaction was successfully done to MSM Retail but no confirmation or order details were received. (Screenshot Attached within).Upon calling the customer care they asked us to write this email.Please confirm my order or refund the said amount of ₹6074.25 to my original mode of payment.
