Hi, my tv was not working and is complaint of 8th September but whenever i ask for my tv every time every person gives different statement one i got a call for refund my amount of tv i have attached mail that also I have bank detail but no one is know about this refund when I call.
Flipkart customer care please help me to get my tv repair as soon as possible or replace my tv if unable to repair if need any info from my side whenever i call they say wait for 2 days for long time i am waiting i have attached all file and proofs i have call recording also.

19CO312M00511 and buy complete protection for three years with 2999 rs after one year my stop working i complaint Jeeves for repair on 8th September they said technician will home 9th September.
They came and said will will pick up your tv for repair 10th September they came and took my tv with them to repair i have sleep given by them They said it will take 5 days to repair After that whenever i call Jeeves service center every time then they said it will take 12 business days.
Now whenever i call them they every time said wit for two days still i am getting this commitment wait for two days last weak i call then they said we are not able to repair your tv we will refund amount now every day i call them every time they are saying wait for two days.
