I brought Nokia TV on flipkart at 22,999. after 9 10 months it had some issue on screen so i replaced it, then after getting replacement i brought protection plan for 3 years along with replaced TV.
Then after 2 3 months replaced TV again started showing same problem then they if your TV is repairable then we'll repair it otherwise you'll get refund then they returned product after 6-7 days
Then again after 3-4days TV started showing same problem this time technician visited me & then he told me you'll get refund through e-mail so don't sorry because my TV is non repairable,
Then at 15th Dec i started mailing then & calling them for my refund & today it's 7 Jan still they are saying only one thing that wait for 2 business days we'll forward your issue to our concern team & they haven't yet given me any update or refund. Please help me with this.
