Sir, I bought an extended warranty from jeeves for my tv( policy number:-JPPOFFK1986147)
I have warranty for 13/06/2022. My tv got complaint on 15/09/2021and i am booked a service from jeeves on17/09/2021.
But till now i didn't get any service from them. Always i calling them but thier customer exicutive saying please wait some more days. One and half month i waited but till now i don't getting any services.
In this waiting time i want to pay the cable charges but i dont use it because of jeeves. And, i am a cricket fan the IPL ,T20 world cup all are loosing me. Many times i told them i cant wait any more i waited so long but i don't got any solution .
On 16/10/2021 i got a msg from them "your request has been claimed"but l dont got any service my tv were complaint when they send me the massage. I call the customer service and talk to them they took another complaint and give me another complaint tocken number thats i said i dont want service i want the refund they raise another complaint for that.
But still now i dont getting any updates and service. What should i do i paid them which they told me for extended warranty but i dont getting any service.
Please take the necessary action against them and please get me a solution for my refund.
