I tried to book tickets for my family on 4th April 2022, Monday via IRCTC app. The booking failed but an amount of INR 9661.93 was debited from my account. I contacted IRCTC Customer care and they said they haven't received the amount in their bank account and the failure happened at ICICI bank's end.
I contacted ICICI Customer care and filed a service request which the customer care executive said should be resolved in [Protected]days which I find absolutely ridiculous.
Every time I have followed up with them, they informed me that they are investigating the issue but so far they haven't shown the basic decency to update me about the progress of my request.
I have so far lost 2 weeks worth of interest for the money I lost. Please find my bank account details below:
