I have surrendered the ICICI fiserv services about an year ago TID no. Is [Protected]. On Tuesday i.e 29/8/2923 an amount of Rs.5500/- deducted from my account in the name of ECP(Early Cancellation)charges.The banking persons said that it is the ECP charge but the person who install the machine had never told us about such charge or about any other charges.At the time of surrendering the machine and services also they don't tell us about any ECP charge.There people provides false statements in order to complete their targets.

How can any company took a charge after 14 months of stopping the services and without informing. Also when I got the machine installed at my Shop initially I was told that NO monthly charges would be deducted as the machine is in offer for your shop..After some months without being informed monthly charges started deducting from my account without being informed that's the reason I had stopped the service.

Even after complaining the charges were not reversed and now this deduction of such a big amount of Rs 5500 done by ICICI without being informed. This is clear harassment of a customer. You have to return my money ICICI that you deduct wrong.
