This problem was in fact very new to me, even after getting the offer letter. I have not received HR Induction mail. As always i was working at different company and I got offer from icici. After Interview i got selected and received offer letter but after that things went downhill never received any HR Induction mail even after submitting a the documents at ICICI Careers portal. I have never received induction mail, It become too much hustle.

Because even after calling there toll free no and confirming that (all the documents have been submitted). They were not ready to accept there mistake and give me HR Induction mail. Biggest problem with ICICI is that they don't have any single HR POC, every time u have to deal with different person. I don't know what is the idea behind this. Let me honestly say this.

I have changed lots of companies and this was my worst Onboarding experience. This led to lots of time waste ..I almost quit my previous job .....may be ICICI is good for consumers but as a employee i can't comment much ..because there is to much hustle because even after receiving offer letter nothing is for sure.
