Hi My Name is Ranjeet Kumar.I was Working with Hdfc sales Pvt Ltd. I got a Good offer from ICICI Bank on 9th of Feb 22 and i have accepted the offer letter also, Next day i Put my Resignation in HDFC.

I have uploaded all my Documents in ICICI Career Portal before the offer Letter. I Left Hdfc on March 10th 22 and later i sent a mail to HR (Mitali Palawat and shashikala) for Earlier Joining, They asked me consolidated marks card and Clearance marks card, i have visited my College and Requested them for the same.

I got my College documents on 31st march 22 and the same day i have shared with them. On 1st April they mailed me that Please share me 6th sem Clearance marks card, i Told 6th sem was Internship Prog, only College issues 6th sem Certificate.

But Suddenly after 1hr Mitali Palawat mailed me and She rejected my Offer Letter. I have mailed her again and requested her that Jain College ([Protected]PGDBM)Program was only for 18 month and another 6 month was Internship Program.

I have mailed more than 20 mails and requested her to verify my college, if documents will be fraud then You have full rights to Reject my offer letter but she never reverts, then later i visited at Bommanhalli Branch and met with HR (Tushar Nakra), I shown all my Originals, He assured me that after 2days will let you know.

After 15days i called and asked, he told your college has not reverted, I told how it is Possible. Then he told i can offer you low Grade and 1/5 th Lesser than offered salary. If my College documents are fraud then why you are offering me why you are not telling me that your college is Fraud.

I am sitting at Home from past 2month without any jobs and with a hope that ICICI will come back and i will join soon. I need Justice and if You can Help me with my Joining Formalities with same package then it will be great help.

All savings i have spent paying all my Obligations. I need help here.
