Rejection of cheque for Rs 3,50,000 because of defer in signature

My cheque number 26301 dated 18 Jan 2021 was sent for clearing by Satara head post office to ICICI BANK HEAD OFFICE MUMBAI for clearance but they have rejected it for the differ in signature without any enquiry or phone calling to me. On message from icici bank I enquired in post office Phaltan. They told that I was fined for Rs 75 by post office because of cheque rejection by bank without my mistake. Kindly take necessary action against ICICI Bank.
