Dear sir, I have made the payment from ICICI Bank credit card on dated 11 march 2022. And the payment was declined at Krishna HP center Baijnath H.P. twice of amount Rs 380/- (rs. 190 each).

But amount was deducted from my credit card account. After waiting for 4 days. I have raised the issue with ICICI bank having SR number (SR[Protected]). And wait for investigation after that amount will be refund back.

One and half month has passed and they just refunded only Rs 201/- . Rest of the amount of Rs 178.20 is still stand by to pay. Also I have escaled the matter to icici bank customer help line.

But his representative Mr Rajinder misbehaved and said I have to be pay the rest of standing amount of rs. 178.20. Instead of helping or support they are harassing me.

For that amount which was not used by me or payment was declined. Please take the necessary action and help to resolve the same.
