I wanted a new hathway broadband connection in Marathahalli, Bangalore on date 09/01/2022. I contacted the salesperson of this area, his name is Adil. He asked me about the complete address and after checking informed me that hathway network is available in this area.
He asked me to do the payment for New connection on hathway portal. I made the payment. Next day i got a call from technician that hathway connection is not available in this area.
And after that this salesperson adil is neither picking the call nor responding. It has been more than 10 days and money is still not refunded. I am trying to contact hathway customer support from last 10 days but no one responds.
I Have raised complaints on the hathway app twice but both the time my complaint is closed without any response or resolution. The salesperson is neither responding to my messages nor picking my call.
It has been more than 10 days as this incident took place on 9th January 2022. I also tried to contact hathway nodal officer but no one responded. Please guide me through.
