My hathway internet was not working from 4.30 on 1st march. After calling customer care to lodge complain came to know there was internet issue. I requested them to resolve my issue at least in 1hr. By 6.30 i got a call saying there was some issue in my area as cable wire had broke down. I told as we r working from home and as month end process is going on we need internet connection as urgent works r in process. The person called said it is not possible to fix today tomorrow by second half we can resolve it.
This is not the solution as wire btoke since 4 pm . He gave reasons the society is not allowing us to do now if u take permission than we will do.They keep on harassing for calling for payments before due dates but while providing services there dont bother. If they want there could have resolved my issue on the same day but team was least interested Not happy with there services.
