Train booking cancellation refund is not done yet

Hello sir/madam,
We have booked train ticket chennai to ramanathburam on 9 AUG-2022, through goibibo app.But its has not completed and booking process done.so refund notice issued by goibibo in the period of 12-16 Aug.22.
Notice conveyed 5days to 6days will be taken.Inspite of announced refund not send to my account yet.kindly take the needful action in this regards as soon as possible.
