Goibibo: Manage my booking not working

Hi,
I have made a booking for Hotel WonderInn in kharagpur through your website on 1st Dec 2022 for 24th and 25thn Dec 2022.The Confirmation number is HTLDVAULXXHMQYSX and PNR is 00[Protected]. I now need to travel on a different date and so, either I need to move the reservation dates or cancel the booking using "Manage your booking online".

However, in all my 50 tries in using the link, I get the following message EACH AND EVERY TIME "WE HAVE FACED A MINOR GLITCH"
is this really a glitch? Or is it by design? Are these tricks so that people who book through you are stuck and have no other option to forfeit the money paid?

I live in Dubai, I tried your phone number and that was also not reachable; I don't have all the time in the world to chase you up.Please cancel the reservation and refund my money ASAP.
