I booked roundtrip flight from goibibo for my trip to Delhi-Kushinagar & Kushinagar-Delhi (17th Nov & 20th Nov). SPicejet rescheduled number of times and cancelled. So i took another sector Delhi-Gorakhpur and Gorakhpur-Delhi for the same date. AT the end because of too many rescheduled timings i cancelled and spicejet provided full refund to GOIBIBO (have confirmation from the airline). These guys even after I gave them number of calls like 6-8 times did not gave me my money. Its been 10 days since i cancelled my flight and have not received the refund for PNR-W6124B & PNR UDZ8JZ.

There support representative told me the airline has refunded to GOIBIBO and i have not received any of these PNR refund amounted to INR 10846 (Total refund amount).No action has been taken. some of their representative says they have refunded to goCash, some says its successfully done to your bank, some says we have not received refund from airline etc. I see no chance of getting me money back from these farudsters.

Kindly take action against them These people are fake and try to loot people, keep their money and don't refund the oney. Their representatives are dumb and know nothing. give false hope do not even lodge complain. they do not even have email id for support and hence no one can file complaint.
