I had booked a property from your platform for 17-19 March. I had received a call that my booking was cancelled on 16th by the property, and the check-in was denied. No such information was available on my app.
The ticket was raised for the issue and I was promised for an alternative stay. Now, I am in mid of my journey reaching Rishikesh tomorrow, and I don't have any place to go.
You are not even ready to refund my money so that I can book something else by my own. The total amount of the booking was Rs. 2813.
1. I am not getting the experience as promised by the platform. I am going losing my mental peace due to this as my stay and money both is now without any idea.
2. I have the right to choose either I need my money back or wait for the platform to arrange an alternative. It's my money.
3. I have called their team 5times since morning and every time an assurance of the resolution in next 1 hour. The ticket was closed without resolution.
