I have booked hans travels hyd to shirdi bus on 4/4/22 on goibibo app, to go on 8/4/22, on 6/4/22 i received message that bus got canceled, i called to that number, they said we have initiated refund 5570 it will get in 24hrs after 48hrs i called them.
They said we initiated already u paid thru goibibo app na u collect from them, but when i called goibibo customer number, its not connecting agent, hours and hours waiting on calls.
If it connects, the people are not responding properly regarding my refund, said that's not my job mam call again and they are keeping phone, today date 16/4/22 i don't received my refund.
