I had pre booked a hotel through GOIBIBO by paying the entire amount Subsequently they had confirmed the booking too in the app. However when I went for checking in the hotel persons told that I can not avail the service as the rate provided to me by GOIBIBO is less.
Thereafter I kept on calling GOIBIBO but everytime they kept on telling that the matter is taken over by them and it will be resolved by 45 minutes. It went on for more than 3 hrs.
Even at 1 time they had kept me on hold by telling that they will solve the matter by being in call. Even after putting me on hold for half an hour the call was not closed and I was force to hang up the call.
Thereafter also I had called many times but everytime the result was negative. At last I did not find any other way and I started finding some other alternative. At the same time it was drizzling too and it made my job even more difficult.
This is a classic example of supreme harassment to a customer from its service provider. Therefore I would request to to initiate appropriate action as a consequent to such professionalism.
