Goibibo: Money Debited But Ticket Not Booked

I was booking a ticket through goibibo on 10 sept. 2021. However my booking was not confirmed and my money was deducted from my account. I have paid through phone pe. I have contacted to phone pe customer service where the confirmed me that money was deposited to the merchants account, for the service provided.

This is very frustrating. If the money was deposited in the goibibo account then why it is not refunded yet. I have tried contacting goibibo customer service but there is no option to talk to them. Nethier, they are replying to any mails. Also i wrote in playstore review where they send me a link through email and asked me to describe the query.

That link was also not working, i could not get any options. Even whenever i asked or tried contacting it says manage your booking from your trips, but there is no booking which is confirmed, so how can i manage it from my trips. This is strange. This is very disappointing. Kindly refund my money as soon as possible.
