BOOKED HOTEL FOR 7 PEOPLE ,3 ROOMS ,BUT HOTEL DENIED OUR BOOKING . SO WE BOOKED OTHER HOTEL SAME 3 ROOMS FOR 7 PEOPLE . THEN I GOT CALL FROM GOIBIBO REPRESENTATIVE AND PROMISED UN MAIL TO REFUND ALL MY HOTEL EXPENSES . BUT AFTER 20 DAYS NOTHING HAPPENED ,NO REFUND AND NO RESPONSE . PLEASE HELP.
