Dear Sir/Madam,
I wish to complain about non refunding of booking cancellation of flight ticket that I booked 12 No’s of seats through your goibibo portal on 08.02.2020 vide its PNR No: GSXYGL, ACFHWZ & CZBIRG, accordingly, on 04.05.2020 I was scheduled to fly with STAR AIR flight from Tirupati to Hubli.
I am complaining because the concerned flight was cancelled by the airline due to the corona virus and your goibibo Company is giving 100% assurance to clients that you will reimburse the payment which is paid at the time of booking – but your Company is totally failed to comply with the same. Details of booking is as below;

I had called many times to your office to solve relevant issues, but you are not offering phone support. Your customer care executives are cheaters because they are not ready to solve the customer related problems.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I didn’t receive a refund amount of Rs. 33,738/- (Rupees Thirty Three Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Eight Only) against Flight Ticket cancellation within 2 days I will file a complaint with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives.
