i have book railway ticket from goibibo app under go confirm scheme under that scheme you will get 3x amount refund of ticket. For that purpose they charged 1500 more amount on 6 tickets but ticket is not confirmed and cancelled.
But companies has been not issued 3x refund or any voucher as per scheme guidelines. I have to raised complaints but company not receiving call or not any option in app to raise complaint.
If I call customer care there is no option to talk with service executives call will be end before taking. my pnr no [Protected]. I have done booking through mobile no [Protected]. Please raise complaints.
