I had got the Gati Packers details from goggle while searching for Packers and Movers service. I assumed it as the main Gati transport company and booked the service with them. I had raised the request in their site they contacted me and I booked for pick up on 27th Sep. They had picked up my stuffs for two destination one for Bhawanipatna and one for Balasore. For Bhawanipatna I had requested to deliver after 6th oct and for balasore to send immidiately. As Balasore consignment was supposed to be sent immidiately they promised it will be been delivered in next four five days. However On 5th oct I enquired about both my consignment and I got update in two days(by 7th Oct) I will receive balasore consignment and Bhawanipatna consignment will start the next day(6th Oct). Afterwards almost every day I was either calling them or messaging them multiple times to get the tracking number of both the consignment without any proper update. Many times they didnot pick my call many times they declined, Many times they told "I am out of city I will check and tell you in 5 minutes" but never called back. Many times the enquiry girl picked up the phone and told "I dont have any update I am here just for enqiry, Sir is resposible for transport and he is not in office".

Finally on 14th oct I received the consignment in balasore and I was still chasing them daily for bhawanipatna consignment. On 18th Oct I got update the Bhawanipatna consignment moved to Bangalore by mistake and rerouting to Mumbai and will be routed to Bhawanipatna the same day(18th Oct) evening. However till now(23rd october) I have not received any tracking number or update for bhawanipatna consignment over whatsapp or email or over phone.

Apart from above I also have issue with their quotation, I had agreed with them with 27000 for Bhawanipatna and 5000 for Balasore. I had agreed over phone and whatsapp with the price and they sent me quotation, as I had already discussed over phone I just checked the total amount and confirmed. I didnot notice under GST they had mentioned extra. During payment they asked 18% extra for GST when the stuffs were already pciked up. But during negotitaion they never talk about the GST nor in the total amount of quotation they had added 18% GST. Why they wont provide the quotation with total including GST amount when they know the GST will always be 18% and instead they just ask for it during payment when all our stuffs are already picked up and we dont have any option to say no then.

Apart from this I feel they are missleading the customers by using Gati name as I got missleaded. They are advertising themselves as Gati Packers and Movers and I assumed it is the main Gati transport service. During picking they gave me the packing list receipt with "Top Quality Gati Packers and Movers" where I got to realise may be they are not the original Gati transport. Also to my surprose when I received one of my consignment to balsore they had sent it through main Gati transport but the packing list Gati were given was of "Anita Packers and Movers.
