I have given my personal car Maruti Suzuki Baleno (MH01DK4557) for transportation from New Navy Nagar ,Colaba, Mumbai- 400005 to Balasore,Odisha-756001 on 09 Aug 2021at 5 pm . A Driver from Chetak International Packers and Movers take over my car for pickup. The deal was finalized of Rs.20000/.
Now they are demanding Rs. 39100/ . They told loading of my car will be at 10 pm on car carriers on 09 aug 21and they will sent loading photos with car carrier number but till now I haven't got any confirmation of loading and status of my vehicle. They didn't provide me any tracking id also.
