On 30th Nov, 2021 we had booked an appointment with "GATI PACKERS AND MOVERS" to pickup household items and car from Noida and deliver to Mumbai as we were relocating. Pickup was done on time.

Post this there is no response from "GATI PACKERS AND MOVERS". We were trying to call their contact person but there is no response at all. After 4 days of follow-up, 4 Dec 2021, they tell me that we haven't done payment and we need to do the payment asap.

No partial payment only 100% payment. No shipping company asks for 100% payment without delivery. When we told them we cannot pay 100% amount, it was told us that they will not deliver our items.

Now at this situation where they have already picked up our items we had no choice than doing 100% payment. Post this there is no update on delivery whatsoever. It took them 18 days to deliver the car, on Dec 8.

Post this there is no response from their end on delivery of household goods. On Dec 14, household items are delivered. Now this is what has happened with our items, There is a box full of glass items crockery, glasses, showpieces which are all broken.

We have to literally throw them away. Attaching images of the same. Kitchen cooker, couple of vessels are missing. Microwave oven is damaged and its not functioning. And at this point in time for these issues there is no reply from "GATI PACKERS AND MOVERS".

We have been calling POC - +[Protected]and there is absolutely no response. We feel cheated for this service from this company. We have no resolution to the damages caused to us.
