We have purchased an water purifier after some days it is not working properly and attended nearly ten times, but it is not solved,the company is not given replacement or refund.past three months we are struggling.we have spoken to the regional manager for replacement and other officials but nobody is doing and refused to give replacement or refund, I am having all audios of mobile calls which i have spoken to the shop and company.
