On 07-12-12, I bought a chimney of your company. On 0[Protected]installed it & after installation only 2 days it worked & something gets wrong then on [Protected]Asked for recheck to installer they took 2 week & he said PCB is not working.

They repaired it but again within a day same issues is again happened but now till today problem is not solved. I am so disappointed because their service was not as good as it should have been.

I replaced it's PCB, but it still did not work. A Complaint Letter To resolve the problem I require you to either replace the faulty product or refund my money.
