Dear Team, Very Pathetic services provided and staff is too bad I have purchase a Eurodomo Chimney from Amazon services on 08 Aug. And item was deliver on 10 Aug. And my family was very excited to use this product but since installation is still pending over 1 week we will never apprentice.

Your technician visited on 12 aug. For the measurement purpose and according to the measurement, site was ready on 14 Aug and we are following with technician and faber team But behavior of this guy is truly bad and he is asking to me to make complaint anywhere but he cant arrange technician even if i have regularly in followup on same.

I will never recommend to anyone to buy this due to such pathetic services of your's even product is very good. Regards Avadhesh Rajput.
