In a span of 2yrs, changed heater rod many times, entire product seems defective but no proper resolution on this and service takes forever. Not seen a geyser where the rod has to be replaced every one month.

I purchased the Faber Geyser and am totally disappointed with the product and the service provided by Faber. Area Manager claims that if you are going even for a vacation for 3-4 days then also empty water from the geyser. They are of the opinion that Geyser should be serviced every few days and Pay money for the service. My Geyser is not dispensing water properly and no resolution provided by Faber.
