My order from ferns n petals was attempted to deliver once and somehow my phone was switched off so I couldn't talk to the delivery person. I got an email at 11 AM saying if I contact them within 2 hours they will re deliver my product. I contacted them immediately at 11:10AM , they promised to deliver. Called again twice in the evening.
They said they'll check status and call back because the delivery person wasn't taking their call. They did not give me any update after that. Today morning I called them and they're twisting words saying we can only try to re deliver but don't promise and we don't issue a refund.
Every ecommerce company today attempts re delivery. Even our old school post man used to re deliver the next day if the recipient wasn't available one day. I want my money back, please help.
