This the third time I ordered from FNP. The first incident was the delivery man left the items in my wife’s workplace and the flowers are by the peacocks. The second is on 10 Feb 2023, their delivery guy instructed my wife to go down from her building and pick up the flowers from him downstairs. Lastly, today is Valentine's day 14 Feb 2023, the cake was melted.
