I ordered 50 red roses in a vase for my wife on her 50th birthday and it does take Ferns N Petals to mess-up. The flowers + delivery cost me INR 2657.04. One would expect that for that money they would deliver quality!
The vase delivered had roses separated from the stems, roses arranged on a sponge near the mouth of the vase, and a few stems randomly arranged in the vase. The moment some water was poured in the vase (which was being blocked by the sponge), the stems started floating! A perfect mess.
And to top it all- FNP customer service has the audacity to say this is as per our catalogue. So please be warned- FNP takes no guarantee that their flowers may be attached to their stems!
