I have lodged a complaint at customer care service of Faber chimney on 201/21 because the chimney has stopped working,a technician visited on 22/2/21 said a part is faulty and that needs to be indented from head office and would take 10days.
After that I have enquired atleast 10 to 12 times, every time they tell that the parts has not been send till now and I need to wait.they either give blame excuses or forward the number of local manager name Mr.Somnath Ganguly to solve the issue, who never picks up the phone .It been close to a month and nothing has been done till now.
There are elderly people in my house with Asthma and due to non functioning of chimney the circulating smoke with in the house is causing health issues .Inspite of repeated requests and reminder it has fallen to deaf ears.horrible service from Faber.
