Pathetic Customer service experience

Team - What the hell is with Eureka Forbes post customer service, I had raised a complaint almost 25 days ago and had called plenty of times for an update and each time i am been asked that we are working and shall fix my issue soon.
Does this take so much hell of a time to address and fix my issue? I had never received any call back from your side till the time I called you for an update.
I made a huge mistake by purchasing an order from a pathetic company of yours where in no post customer services are provided to customers.
